Cervantes, one of the greatest writers of Spain, was one of the first to appreciate the greatness of these lands… and now it’s your turn! Our first stop is in Ávila, where we’ll visit the capital of the province that has the highest altitude in Spain. The ancient rulers of Avila, from the Romans to the Muslims, all left their influences on the streets of the city.


Right after Ávila it's time to explore Salamanca - have you heard about Spain's oldest student superstition? If so, we hope your visit will work as a charm for your future exams. Salamanca is home to Spain's oldest university city. As the legend goes, if you don't see the frog on top of the skull decorating the façade of the university, you'd better change your plans for this semester.
